Information shared by The Participants with The Consultant:

a. will NOT be sold to third parties;

b. does NOT constitute any obligation to participate or execute a land use contract;

The Consultant is not responsible for the enforcement of pro bono or lease agreements between Participants; actions of Farming for Cash Students, including but not limited to farming practices, property damages; actions of Landowners including but not limited to changes in land access, crop loss.

The Participants release The Consultant of any responsibility to settle disputes under any pro bono or lease agreements between participants student(s) and landowner(s)). Such disputes shall be settled according to executed lease terms, between the participants, and/or other third parties that a participant seeks to involve.
