Stephen J B Davis is a Land Specialist and Residential Realtor with five years of experience spanning expertise in acreage estates and recreational, transitional, and agricultural land properties. He is fueled by an especial passion for land and helping his clients realize their real estate goals. Stephen is actively completing advanced certifications in the land business, enhancing his knowledge on matters of conservation easements and the sale and lease of property rights.
Stephen is a native of Detroit, Michigan. Before relocating to Kentucky, he was a music educator. He started his own teaching business where he instructed more than 20 private students, while teaching courses in more than 10 schools, and assisting teaching three marching bands. His success as an educator was a result of building relationships with his students and assessing their personal needs to meet exceptional goals. As a Land Specialist and Residential Realtor®, Stephen brings the same care and attention to his clients.

This means two-way communication, connecting you with service providers during and after the process of buying or selling, and ultimately doing what it takes to achieve toward a goal together. Stephen is passionate about helping others to achieve their goals by providing his clients with knowledge so that they make educated, confident decisions. He is dedicated to service at a high level, demonstrated by an emphasis on process and planning to achieve an end goal efficiently.
In his free time, Stephen enjoys a lot of things. He is an avid outdoorsman and hunter. He loves college sports, traveling, managing his 13 acre homestead, drinking good bourbon, and spending time with his family and friends. Stephen also enjoys volunteering his time and resources to help various causes surrounding the outdoors, land conservation and education. Stephen believes that giving back is important because helping each other is our human purpose. We just have to figure out—through tolerance, love, and respect—what way we can best do it.
